MJB Care Affiliate Rulebook
Official rules for participation in the MJB Care Affiliate Program. By joining, all affiliates agree to follow these policies as part of their legal agreement with MJB Care.

Code of Conduct
Be Honest and Accurate
- Cannot make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about MJB Care or its treatments.
- Cannot guarantee treatment results.
- Must explain that outcomes depend on the clinic and doctor chosen.
Add Real Value
- Content must be original and informative.
- Cannot copy MJB Care content without permission.
- Focus on helping patients understand their options.
No Spam
- Cannot send unsolicited messages (DMs, emails, WhatsApp blasts).
- Cannot mass message strangers without prior consent.
- All communication must be respectful and permission-based.
Play Fair
- Cannot use fake leads or fabricated patient enquiries.
- Cannot manipulate tracking or referral attribution.
- Cannot use deceptive tactics of any kind.
No Self-Referrals
- Cannot refer yourself or people acting on your behalf.
- Self-referrals are considered fraud and result in immediate removal.

Mandatory Transparency
You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission when someone uses your referral link.
Critical Point
- The price of treatment is exactly the same whether or not someone uses your referral link.
- Using your link does NOT increase the patient's price or add fees.
- Your commission is paid by MJB Care in recognition of your promotional effort.
Good Disclosure Examples
- "I earn a commission if you use my link. Prices are publicly listed and fixed."
- "This is a paid referral. Prices are standardized, but using my link may give you access to exclusive discounts."
- "The base price is fixed on their website, but using my referral may get you a better deal."
Not Acceptable
- Hidden disclosures in fine print.
- Using vague terms like "affiliate link" without explaining what it means.
Where to Disclose
- At the beginning of posts and captions.
- Clearly visible in videos (not buried in description).
- Near or directly alongside your affiliate link.
- In your bio if you regularly promote MJB Care.

Medical & Ethical Communication
You Must NOT
- Give medical advice or make clinical recommendations.
- Recommend specific treatments as a medical professional.
- Guarantee outcomes or results from any treatment.
You Must
- Encourage patients to verify their clinic, doctor, and materials independently.
- Clearly communicate: "MJB Care connects you with quality, tried providers. MJB Care does not perform treatment."

Marketing & Promotion Rules
Affiliates are fully responsible for their own marketing activities.
Email Marketing
- Must include a clear opt-out option.
- Must identify yourself as the sender โ not MJB Care.
- Must be honest and non-misleading.
Messaging (WhatsApp / SMS)
- Must have explicit user consent before sending messages.
- No cold spam messaging to strangers.
Legal Compliance
- Must follow all applicable advertising laws in your country.
- Must comply with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).
- Must follow consumer protection rules where applicable.

Data Privacy & Protection
If You Collect User Data
- Protect it securely and use it responsibly.
- Comply with applicable data protection laws in your country.
- Maintain your own privacy policy.
- Clearly state that you are an independent affiliate of MJB Care, not MJB Care itself.

Patient Protection Position
MJB Care exists to protect patients from hidden fees, fake materials, upselling scams, and misleading clinics. Your content must reflect this honest positioning.
You Must NOT
- Overhype treatments or results.
- Hide or minimize real risks.
- Use aggressive sales tactics that could pressure patients.

Brand Usage Rules
You May
- Use approved MJB Care marketing materials and assets.
- Reference MJB Care by name in your promotional content.
You May NOT
- Modify MJB Care logos or brand assets.
- Use "MJB Care" in domain names or social media usernames.
- Claim to be MJB Care or create official-looking communications.

Tracking & Fair Use
Valid Referrals
- Commissions are based on valid referrals tracked via your assigned link or code.
- Must use your assigned affiliate link or code for referrals to be attributed.
Prohibited
- Fake traffic, bot traffic, or inflated clicks.
- Cookie manipulation or forced attribution.
- Any action designed to fraudulently claim commissions.

Complaints & Monitoring
Your Obligations
- If you receive a complaint related to your MJB Care promotion, you must report it to MJB Care within 24 hours.
- MJB Care may monitor your content, review your marketing, and request changes at any time.

Enforcement
Violations May Result In
- Immediate removal from the affiliate program.
- Forfeiture of pending or unpaid commissions.
- Legal action where violations cause damages or constitute fraud.

Your Responsibility
You Are Fully Responsible For
- Your own marketing content and activities.
- Compliance with all applicable laws in your country.
- Any claims made about MJB Care, its services, or its partner clinics.

Final Principle
MJB Care is not a "quick money" affiliate program โ it's a patient-first system. Affiliates are expected to act ethically, promote honestly, and protect the patients they refer.
